Bottling a Kölsch at 1.012?

I have a Brewer's Best Kölsch kit that has been in the primary for two weeks. OG was 1.034 @ 68F. A little low, but I think I didn't mix the wort and cool water well enough. The estimated final gravity is 1.008, but it's been at 1.012 for five days now, leading me to believe that fermentation is complete. Would be be ok to bottle this beer at this gravity? Thanks for your help!
