This is my very very first shot at writing a recipe. I'd be much obliged if someone who knows about such things would offer advice! It's a "teabag" extract brew, btw.

Here goes:
1.5# 2 row
.5# British mild
3# light dme

.5oz cascade (60 min)
.5oz chinook (60 min)

.1oz chinook (45 min)

.5oz cascade (30 min)
.1oz chinook (30 min)

.5oz cascade (aroma)
.5oz chinook (aroma)

I wouldn't use cascade at the 60 min boil as its more of a aroma hop. Also are you dry hopping? :)

Wasn't planning on dry hopping as its only a 2gal test batch. Once I like the base recipe, I'll go to 5gal and dry hop it.

Does this look better? Was thinking with WLP090 or WLP001

Thanks! I actually switched over to gem from NZ, but otherwise it's the same, so we'll see why happens!
