I am going to bottle my Belgian Golden Strong and I will prime it at 4 volumes. I will probably use the short style Belgian bottles with standard caps. Should I have any concern about bottling and capping at 4 volumes?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by short style belgian bottles, but 4 is definitely somewhere in the vicinity of the upper limits that most bottles will handle. I had a cream ale carbonated to about 3.5 volumes and I lost a few when the weather warmed up.

I'm facing the same issue with a tripel. I'd like to carb it to 3.5 volumes but I'm afraid of standard 12 oz bottles.

coming soon...to a fridge near you!
