Just curious if anyone has used agave nectar in place of sugar/honey/etc and had good results? Also, has anyone come across a good conversion if one was to use agave in place of anything else? Cheers!

I did an agave wheat a while back. I thought it was great. Gave it an earthy flavor. You can substitute it 1:1 for other sugars.

I have had agave beers before. They taste like normal beers except have "agave" written on the label.

Weird. Thought I posted this 2 hours ago:

I thought it gave an earthy flavor, as in dusty-dirt but in a good way. If its tequila flavor you are looking for, it wasn't that.
