buy barley
grind barley
pour water into HLT
heat mash water
drain hot water into mashtun
soak mash
drain mash
sparge mash
rack to boiler
add 1 oz hops per bbl for bittering
add 1 oz hops per bbl for flavor
add 0.5 oz hops per bbl for aroma
cool
sanitize fermenter
pump wort into fermenter
pitch yeast

anyone want to add to that? I can't think of any more steps.

Marketing... Just like triple hopped and drinkability and Budweiser American Ale being top fermented.

It's not just the macros doing it either. They are just the ones pushing it on TV.

Answer 5 year old's question..... 47 times each hour.
Stop 2 year old from smacking dog with mash paddle.
Kill spider stalking your hops.
Pee break.

Blitz-Weinhard Brewing Co and Miller have mentioned in on their sights for their private reserves. Anyone know what they are referring to?

To me, that translates to the old "If I had to do this many steps, I'd drop brewing and take up quilting."

And here all this time I thought that Miller was just a tax shelter for ill-gotten cigarette money. You guys have taught me that they know a whole bunch about grading kidney by products.
