I fermented my cider in a 1 gallon apple juice bottle. Can I just put the original cap back on it and keep it in the fridge? What about the yeast on the bottom? Do I need to pour out the juice clean out the yeast and pour the juice back in the bottle?

Almost! So what do I do when it's done?

Well, if you want carbonation you'll have to bottle it with priming sugar (beer bottles or champagne bottles are okay, but don't use wine bottles or anything that isn't designed to take the pressure).

If you want it still, you can do whatever you want, but it's probably a good idea to get it off the yeast.
