What sort of water filtration system to get?

I'm tired of buying bottled water, the kind I use eats up $1.28 per gallon and since I'm now getting into AG I need more of it which would push my 5 gallon batch cost up to $38 +.

What sort of water filter do you guys have?

This is one of many steps on my way to full-on AG, right now it's stove top but I'm going to get the parts for flyguy's MLT next week.

So let's see a picture if you've got one and/or your opinion of how it works for you.

First, send a sample of your water to Ward Labs and get it analyzed. You won't know what you need until you do that.

I have hardish water with a little iron and a lot of hydrogen sulfide. I just started a post about the same question last week and got some great recommendations. Check it out.
