Since winters here are mighty cool, I'm planning on taking advantage of my friend and co-brewer's cold, mostly un-heated apartment and brewing a lager for next summer.

Yeah, yeah, I can't believe I'm thinking ahead to hot weather already, this week has been miserable already. But I guess I'm planning for what I wish my beer could be at this time of the year.

I know this will probably encourage a whole off-topic discussion on this thread, but does anyone have a lager clone recipe for Sol Cerveza? It's a favorite within my circles.

Keep your 'piss beer' comments to yourself please, I know it's a cheap one with a sugary flavor to get you drunk faster, but it's also ideal for those unbelievably hot days.
