Hello Brewers,
Glad to join the forum. I'm from South King County, Washington State. I just finished mash/wort of a Brooklyn Brew Shop Everyday IPA 1 Gallon kit. I put it in the fermenter at 2:22 AM Pacific Time today 2/22/2013, George Washington's birthday.
