I made my double pilsner a few months ago, and had some trouble with carbonation. I had no carb after several weeks in the fridge. I fermented for a longer time to try and hit my FG, which I did. So, when I didn't get carbonation I took it out and heated it up to 70, let it go for a week and got a good carbonation going. The problem is it is now cloudy. It tastes great, good head, but it is typically a clear rich gold color, and now it is darker and cloudy. It is in. The bottle, can I fix the color through chilling or some other method?

Sounds like chill haze from some proteins/yeast being resuspended during the carb process. That chill haze should go away if you leave the beer at fridge temps for about 10-14 days.
