Who thinks this is just a little OCD? I DO, I DO! these numbers do include a couple lbs i already had. considering the volume i brew and type of beers i like, i'll certainly use this supply within a year. the only problem is that with all these hops, combined with the cooler for yeast storage, my freezer has no room for food!!
