Beer kit recommendation needed

Hi!
After 3 months in the USA sampling beer from small/micro breweries I decided to give it a go and bought a starter kit.
My first batch bubbles happily as I type but considering I have 3 or 4 weeks of waiting, I decided to start working on batch #2 =)

Defiant's Abominable Snow Beer was, hands down, the best beer I had in the USA, and I was wondering if anyone can recommend a beer kit that will give me a similar result.
