Question regarding corny keg quick disconnect setup

In a dual-keg kegerator setup (ball lock pepsi), does it make sense to use Ball Lock Disconnects (Pair) 1/4 MFL or Ball Lock Disconnects - Barbed?

I'm just trying to go through this and figure out what makes better sense, since the gas lines don't have to be cleaned like the beer lines do after each keg, etc...can someone help me with the best setup and logistics on this? I know it sounds stupid, but i'm going to be ordering the parts I need and want to have it worked out before doing so (what I need, how it will be setup, etc)

I like the MFL because if you ever damage one or decide to switch one out for a pin lock or for any reason, it is easy to change without pulling out the utility knife.

mfl gives you flexibility. I use all mfl because i have both ball and pin lock kegs.
