Recipie critique, attempting my first IPA this weekend.

Type: All Grain
Batch Size: 5.00 gal
Boil Size: 6.00 gal
Boil Time: 60 min Equipment: Brew Pot (6+gal) and Igloo/Gott Cooler (5 Gal)

Mash at 154 for 60 min. I will dry hop in primary after 14 days.

Should I change anything?
 
Looks pretty tasty to me. Let us know how it turns out! Should be very malty, I think the honey addition is a good idea to dry it out.
 
did u hit 1.068 with that much grain in a 5 gal cooler? i think not... hope u did of course, but dont think possible.

i did nearly same grain bill in a 10 gallon, missed my 1.060 by onme, got 1,059... no honey to mess with it, pure gain.
i measure FG tomorrow, 7 days in primary, been dead since day 3...hopinjg for 1.005

Ive hit 1.066 in a five gallon rubbermaid bev cooler. 1.060 would be no prob. I did have 13.5 lb of grain for my black IPA and had to mash thick at 1 qt per pound but that just left me more sparge to rinse those residual sugars from the grain.
