For those of you who have drip trays-- do you have these plumbed into a water line or sink line so that the beer goes away? Does anyone do that?

I'm assuming the average homebrew bar just has a drip tray and dumps it or wipes it up after use....thoughts?

I have mine plumbed into a growler inside the keezer. And you do have to clean the drip tray - that stuff gets funky if you leave it too long!

Yep, mine goes into a little tub in the fridge door. I keep a Star-San spray bottle handy and generously spray down the drip tray from time to time.

Mine drains into a gallon jug in the coldbox compartment. I picked it up on ebay.

I have mine going into a 5 gallon plastic carboy to the side of the fridge - it sure would be nice to plumb it into the fridge door like Nostalgia has though.
