New blonde recipe ?

I brewed the centennial blonde many many times and would like to change my house blonde for something different. Any suggestion?

I have been working on this recipe for a while:

Lampshade Blonde Ale

Grain
Pale Malt 2-Row (Briess) 7lbs
Pilsner 3lbs
Flaked Corn (Maize) 1lb
CaraPils .5lb

Hops
Amarillo - Pellet .5oz @ 30 minutes
Cascade - Pellet .5oz @ 15 minutes

Specs
60 Minute Boil
Strike 178*F Sparge 170*F
Mash @ 158 for 60 Minutes
SG - 1.051 FG - 1.010
ABV - 5.5%
IBU - 22.1

I generally let sit in primary for 10 day (+/-), and secondary for 5 days (+/-).

change your base malt - you will get a completely different flavor.
i just switched to crisp, and it tastes great!

I did an Amarillo Blonde on Saturday. Dont have any past experience with it (actually my first time brewing with Amarillo ) but its based on a recipe I see on here quite a bit.

10 gallons batch, lemme see if I can remember the grist bill:

14 lbs 2 Row
2 lbs Vienna
.5 lb C60
.5 lb Carapils

Amarillo - 1.5 oz at 60 (25ish IBUs)
Amarillo - 1.5 oz at flameout

You could always try a cream ale- like a blonde, but different enough that you could discern differences.

Try O'daniels Kentucky Common. Just started drinking my first batch. Nice light beer but with some good flavor.
