So, I just received a bottle of mead. I've never tried mead before, so I've come here to ask how everyone else enjoys theirs. Is there a certain glass/mug you use? Do you drink it at room temperature or chilled? Do you enjoy any certain snacks with it to enhance the flavor (champagne/strawberries)?

I think wine glasses are the norm but since mine are packed away, I usually drink mead from a brandy snifter. I prefer chilled.

I've had it chilled, room temp & hot with spices...
Out of those I think slightly chilled would be my fav.
I drink mead from a wine glas, except if it's hot, then a coffee mug.

In the depths of winter, warmed mead can be great to warm you up. Otherwise I prefer it chilled. Oh and usually in either a wine glass or a lowball glass.
