Hi all,
Has anyone ever brewed using Rowan berries as a flavoring ingredient? If so, can you offer any advice on how best to use them in a homebrew recipe?
I've read that the flavor profile is very similar to that of a cranberry but I'd like to solicit input from anyone who may have first-hand experience with Rowan berries.
