Honey to grain ratio

I'm brewing a Bock tomorrow and decided to make it a honey bock (ala New Glarus Honey Bock). I was going to add a pound of honey but how much grain should I remove or should I remove any at all?

Here's the grain build:
Batch size: 5 gal
Total grain 13.75 lbs
11 lbs 2 row
.50lbs Munich malt
.50lbs Vienna malt
.25lbs Melanoidin malt
.25lbs Wheat malt
.50lbs Special B malt
.05lbs Crystal 80L
.25lbs CaraMunich malt
