I looking for some comments on my 1st recipe. I've got a couple of heavy brews fermenting now and I'm looking for something light and crisp for hot summer days.

5 gallon batch. Full boil

6 lbs - Northern Brewer Wheat Malt Syrup
1 lbs - Briess Sparkling Amber DME

1.0oz - cascade leaf hops - 60 min boil
1.0oz - cascade leaf hops - 1 min boil

Lemon Zest (1 lemon, 5 min boil)

Wyeast American Ale II (1272)
