Can anyone Help? My recipe calls for 3 lbs of rice extract, but none of my local supply houses have it. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I can use as a substitute?

Can anyone give me a substitute for 3lbs of dried rice extract?

Depending on what you're making, you can sub rice solids or corn sugar. You can also do a partial mash with Minute rice or flaked rice and some base grain.

It is a Honey Pilsner
Color 4 HCU (~4 SRM) Bitterness 3 IBU
OG 1.065 FG 1.018
Alco 6.0% v/v (4.7% w/w)

I have made this twice before, and it was GREAT. Another plus was my wife likes it. It is just that my LHBS does not have the dry rice extract.
Anyway here is the receipe:

8 oz American 2 Row
1 oz Casacade (6% AA, 60 min)
3.5 lb light malt extract
1 oz Casacade (6% AA, 15 min)
3 lb Rice extract
Irish Moss (clarifier)
2 lb Honey
Malt Dextrin (heading agent)
Ale Yeast (Will be plenty of residual sweetness from grain and honey)
Carb. 2.7 volumes, Corn sugar, 4.33 oz for 5 Gal @ 55F
Can add up to 2 lbs of grain to increase body, mouth feel, head retention and, maltiness.
