The local hombrew place has liquid extract in 33lb containers for $55. Yet they charge $11 for a 3.3lb.. So, it pays to buy in bulk. My question is, do i have to refridgerate between uses, or will it store like molasses or honey at room temp? What is the lifespan of this stuff after I open it up?
