probably brewing this this weekend. just seeing if anyone had any thoughts on it

Much, much less crystal. Replace with 2 row. More hops in the finish, more dry hops. Otherwise it looks really good. That will be a very dank beer. Toss a little centennial in near the finish and in the dry hop, and you basically have Pliny the Elder.

So say:
14lbs 2-row
8oz Crystal 80
8oz Carapils
3-4oz hops combined for your 1min addition (1.5oz-2oz each)
4-6oz hops dry hopped (not joking here). I'd add 2oz ea of columbus and Simcoe, wait 5-7 days then repeat.
All other hop additions look fine
If you can't find more Simcoe, use some centennial, the three together are basically the Pliny hop bill.

The one thing I can't stress enough is lower the crystal malt amount. In a Double or Imperial IPA, you absolutely don't want that much crystal.

hows that (hit the 1lb mark on hops)

That should be fantastic. Expect a big, dark, pungent hop aroma, with a fair amount of citrus.
