Thanks for that, I need to get back at it again and start to post to it again, I've been a bad blogger.
I'm moving house soon and will start brewing again and will start to post to the blog again.
Oh yeah, I made that last year around the holidays. Pretty easy to make and tastes great. Not so much into the sugar lately, but it makes a nice treat.
We called it seafoam candy when I was a kid buy I see the name could be confused with some other kinds of sugar candy now.
