I'll be starting my first sour ale in about an hour and am really excited! I'll be using a BIAB and was curious what the best simple mash profile for the style would be in peoples opinions. Most of my brews I do a simple 1 temp mash with the occasional rise up at the end. Is a single temp medium bodied mash sufficient?
 
Thanks guys! I ended up doing something in between (mainly because I couldn't hold it steady). Oh well, it's fermenting like crazy right now!
