My beer seems to have come back from the dead. It's been sitting in the secondary for 2 weeks with very little action,now it's bubbling like crazy. Anyone have this experience before?
 
Nope, haven't touched it, temp might have moved a bit, but shouldn't be a huge difference. Any ideas if this is just slow fermentation (maybe poor uptake by the yeast?), or something else?
 
It could be slow fermentation. I take it you may be a little new to home brewing but you will learn that bubbles mean nothing and GRAVITY READINGS are the only reliable marker of fermentation. Take a reading.
