Howdy all. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this yeast strain. I have a beer fermenting with it now. It's been in primary for about 4+weeks. I want to move it to secondary, but it smells of sulfur. Now, that aroma has declined over time, but it's still pretty rough. Is this a character of the yeast (due to the lager strain in it), or do you think it's some kind of other bug in the beer?
