Has anyone tried putting peach leaves in with their peach wine at any stage? I'm racking my batch this week, and wondering what would happen if I added some to my secondary.

Hmm... I don't know...

When dealing with leaves, most have been used for teas if they have any useful flavors at all. I googled peach leaf tea and got some interesting results. Peruse and see if you like the flavors it may impart. It'll also tell you if you need to treat or steep the leaves before adding.

That is actually accurate. I remove every single leaf from my grapes before I ferment. Green leaves can impart green flavors. Examples of green flavors are grass clippings, watermelon rind, and asparagus. I know what you are thinking, and yes, people eat grape leaves. They taste quite good in the right salad.
