Make that GREAT Beer!!! I am psyched! after all my trials...

Just tasted my APA and took a reading. I cannot wait to bottle it. It is AWESOME! one of the best beers I have made yet I feel. Super nice complex hop flavor and aroma and nice bitterness, perhaps the lightest color beer I have ever made too. My second partial mash brew.

Man, I am really set to go AG now... ah, someday soon I hope.

Maybe by the time this brew is ready to pour? Oh, the agony of de wait...

Settle down, man. Go carve some wood and meditate.

I'm always pumped when I taste something out of the carboy and love it. It doesn't happen often.
