I pitched another yeast after 1 week

I'm brewing an ipa and I pitched safale s 04 and a week later I pitched safbrew t58. Is that going to ruin my beer?

It won't ruin the beer but it prompts the question of why?

I would suspect the T-58 did nothing. I would let this one sit for a while or cold crash to try to get some of the extra yeast to fall out of suspension.

Well now that you've identified the problem stop doing it. You basically just added extra yeast to a beer that was probably already done fermenting which isn't going to do anything unless the S04 left some sugars for the T58. In any case you most likely wont notice any difference.
