I just had a quick question for someone more wise than myself.. I will be bottling my first brew in a couple days and I'm using grolsh bottle... wondering how much room to leave in the neck of the bottle when filling?
 
Fill to top with bottleing wand and when you take wand out you will have the appropriate head space.
 
Yep. What he said. The volume of beer that the wand displaces in the bottle will give you the right head space once you take the wand out. Magic.
