Cool concept, and well executed. I like it, but, personally, it would totally deter me from drinking your apfelwein! Or, at least, I'd have to drink it with the label facing away from me, or peel it off first or something...

What about "Yeah, it's got bite." instead of "Yeah, it bites"? Seems to have a potential negative connotation.
