I tried Brooklyn Brewery's pre ban lager and was amazed! It was awesome! I have been searching for a recipe, but come up short.
Can anyone point me to a recipe?
I share your enthusiasm, I'm by no means a "lager" guy. I liked a couple of their beers and tried the PPL and really liked it. I have not come up with a good recipe thus far.
