My mother is making lasagna for New Year's eve, and I've been trying to figure out what to pair it with. Vienna lager, kolsch, witbier and weissbier all popped up in my mind...any suggestions?

Vienna Lager sounds good with lasagna. Wheat beer, not so much.

The above are good pairings for Lasagne, I would add a Berliner Weisse.
Are you talking about what you hae on hand? Of what you listed I'd choose the vienna lager.
