Here's the deal...

Went to the LBS today and picked up some yeast, grains, and hops. Want to do some sort of Vienna Lager in the style of Dos Equis or such. Unfortunatly I strapped and just want to do a simple version for now. This is what I have on hand:

~14# 2-row
1# Vienna

2oz Hallertau
.25 oz Target (Don;t Think This will work for anything)
.5 oz UK Kent Goldings

WYeast 2007 Pilsen Lager

Could I do a 2Row/Vienna with just the Hallertau? Is it a multiple purpose hop? Do the Target/Goldings have any place in this lager? What options do I have?

Thanks in Advance

:mug: ~Cheers

doing a quick break down of a german pils I come up with this:

7.5# 2-Row
1# Vienna

1oz @ 60
.5oz @ 30
.5 oz @ 15

Wyeast 2007

OG 1.047
FG 1.013
ABV 4.45
SRM 3.59
IBU 24.5

Will this be ok?

You don't have enough Vienna to do a Vienna lager, but you could make a Pilsner (or a sort-of Helles) with your ingredients. And yes, Hallertau is fine for both bittering and aroma/flavor in that kind of beer.
