My (lager) beer is now at 1.025 on it's way to target of 1.013.

It's currently sitting at 50F. Is it time to allow the temp to raise to ~65F for diacetyl rest?

It's getting close. I'd let it drop a little more. As I write this I'm sipping on my latest sample from my lager batch. Pretty good at this point, it'll be a lot better in a month or two. I started my D-rest at 1.015 while there was still yeast in suspension though. It went down to 1.010.

What was the starting OG? I am guessing it's the Maibock in your sig, which would put it in the 1.065ish range? If that is the case then yes I'd let the temp come up for D-rest.

Yes, it's the maibock.

The target OG was 1.065 but I inadvertently added too much top-off water so OG was actually 1.061.
