I've been reading up for months learning from this site so today I finally signed up. I also just brewed my first beer today and all went as planned thanks to the info I've learned from you guys and gals. Thus the reason I bought the premium this site is worth supporting. So hello all and thanks for all you do!

It was a Belgian Tripel style. I'll probably start another one in about a week since I want to let this one bottle age a while.

Wow that's a big beer....give it plenty of time to meld together ( I drank mine before it fully matured)

yeah I'm figuring I'll start another style after this hits secondary with the hope of the second one being ready to drink before the tripel. I'm just not sure what to do for the second one yet?
