Looking to do an IPA, and if I need to get different hops I will, but I'd rather use what I have on hand.

I have large quantities of

Brewer's Gold
Cascade
Challenger
Kent Goldings
Styrian
... and hallertauer

Any recommendations for a Huge IPA? I'm guessing most people will say cascade and challenger, but any room for the brewer's gold or the noble hops?

I have never used Brewers Gold but if you like English IPA's then Challenger and EKG could make an awesome brew. Some MO and crystal and try to hit an OG around 1.065 and hop it 1:1. Use a nice English yeast and you should be set.

Brewer's Gold for bittering, Challenger for flavor, EKG for aroma. Dry hop with more Challenger.
