I would appreciate some feedback on the following recipe. I have never brewed a hoppy wheat so am a little unsure of the following:

Batch Size: 5.5 gal
Boil Size: 7 gal
Boil Time: 60 min

3 lbs Wheat Dry Extract
3.75 lbs US 2-Row
3.75 lbs Pale Wheat Malt
1 oz Amarillo Gold 8%AA 60 min
0.8 oz Amarillo Gold 8%AA 10 min
0.8 oz Amarillo Gold 8%AA 5 min
1 oz Amarillo Gold Dry Hop 7 Days
7.5 gram Dehydrated Orange Zest 5 min
Wyeast 1010 American Wheat

Single Infusion, Medium Body, Batch Sparge
60 Min, 6.25 Qt at 169.5*, Step Temp: 152*

I put it into Beersmith and it looked ok on paper:
OG - 1.052
ABV - 5.26%
SRM - 5.7
IBU - 36.7

This is basically what I was going for though I am a little concerned with the hops. I want to have a definitive hop flavor and aroma.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated!

Looks perfect. Hoppiness will be along the lines of an APA, with a nice kick of dry hops. IBU looks good for an American wheat.

I guess my only concern is that the hops are a little weighted towards the dry hops. Personally when I'm making a "medium" hoppy beer like this one, I'd do 1oz at 10min and 0min, and then just a half oz of dry hops.

But you really can't go wrong.
