In the past I have always made a beer for the family Christmas party but have never ventured into making a Christmas style brew. When i was in cleave land last November i got to try great lakes brewing company's Christmas ale. I want to make something along those lines but I am not looking to clone it exactly. I am hoping to get some input as to how this might work out from anyone that's put one together.

I would drop all the cascade additions except your 15min addition, then you can decided to add more spices (id prefer for a winter ale) or dry hop
