Gelitan use for skeeter pee

yea you can use gelatin, just heat it up with i think its 300ml(should be on pack) of water to 170f, dont go over 170f tho. let it cool and either rack ontop of it or just throw it in. i've never used it for skeeter pee, i have used sparkloid and it works really good. 2 days its crystal clear.
 
a tablespoon should be plenty, add it to cool water and bring it up to 160-170f.. the amount of water isn't crucial either.. 300-500ml should do it.. at 160f it should turn clear in the water and be completely dissolved.
 
Let it clear on its own. Only took about two weeks after I racked it. Bottled and gave most of it away. Wife and friends seem to enjoy it quite a bit. It is almost gone so I got two more five's started. Mike
