I am making a peach melomel and I was curious about how much fruit I should add? How much fruit per gallon of mead? Is there a standard ratio?

The style guidelines are very broad, "a subtle to distinctly identifiable honey and fruit character". So, just about anything goes. My experience is more than a pound of fruit per gallon will overwhelm the honey and even that varies with the fruit. Other people go as high as 2 pounds of fruit per pound of honey.

I'd say at least 2lbs per gallon of mead...just as a starting point.

also be aware that peach flavor/aroma is REALLY hard to get to come thru in the final product. its such a delicate flavor and aroma that its hard to get enough of it in there.
