I had a bunch of ingredients around the house and had time to brew but not sure what style to put it in or call it.
Has 6.6lbs Pilsner liquid extract, 1lb CaraRuby, 2 oz chocolate wheat with 1oz of each German pearl, liberty, and pacific gem. Also has 1lb of wild flower honey from Hawaii. Fermented with WLP001.
What do u think, it's been in the fermenter for 3 days and smells glorious.
