I think I screwed up

I made the northern brewer Breakfast Stout kit a few days ago. One of the ingredients was a pound of lactose which I added at boil time. I then noticed it was listed in the fermentables section of the recipe. Was I supposed to add that before my rests?

Lactose is an add anytime ingredient. You're fine.

Lactose isn't fermentable, so it doesn't matter when you add it.

It will add that milky mouthfeel needed for that stout.
