I posted this question in an answer to a different thread but have not seen any response so I thought I'd start a new thread.

Does anyone have experience with high ABV and SO4?

WLP 007 which is supposedly similar to SO4 is reported to give 80% AA "even with 10% ABV beers" according to the White Labs website.

I have a barleywine that is at 10.5% after 4 days and I'm just wondering if I can expect any further attenuation. 80% AA would get it to about 11.1% ABV.

Anyone have success with SO4 on a beer bigger than 10% ABV?

I made an IIPA that came in @ 10% and finished at 1.006!

I know that doesn't exactly answer what you asked, but it's a good sign in my opinion that your 10.5% be should be fine.
