I have a vial of White Labs Pilsner Lager yeast WLP800 that I am going to be using in my next batch.

I have had the vial for about 3 weeks, but the first week i forgot about it and it sat at room temp (about 70 degrees) for about 5 or 6 days before i put it in the fridge..

Do you think this yeast will be fine?

I would make a starter and see what happens; have a smack-pack on hand for brew-day in the event they are gonners...

Or keep some dry on-hand for goners.

I recently nursed back to life a vial that had been *expired* for over a year. Took a few days on the stirplate but she's fine now.

Should be fine, but it is a very good idea to make a starter for any lager. The low fermentation temperatures reduce growth rates, so a higher pitch rate is the way to go.
