Yeah, they are hand cut. I print them out on full sheet printer stickers. I've tried precut printer stickers before (such as circular ones), but I've always have had trouble getting the printer to line up right with the cuts. I usually don't print too many of them (only label when giving brew to family and friends) so hand cutting isn't too bad. Plus you can cut labels out any size you want.
