I love mushrooms so I'm always looking for new ways to prepare them. BTW if you know of a place to buy morels!!!!
Anyways what are some of your recipes for mushrooms.
Here's my stuffed mushroom recipe.
Get a thing of like 30+ mushrooms fresh.
Cut out the stems and chop them with 2 cloves of garlic
Saute them in butter for around 3mins then add 1/2lb of sausage, medium high heat till sausage is brown
1/8 cup of parsley on top of that
Put in the mushrooms and bake at 400 for 15mins.
