I have my first brew that calls for a secondary. I only have one fermenting bucket. Could I possibly rack to my bottling bucket for the dry hop addition and then directly bottle crime there?

You would be better off just dry hopping in the bucket that it is in now. There is no need to rack to another vessel to dry hop. Then in a week, transfer to bottling bucket and bottle.
