Does anyone know off hand, or can check quick, on what side wrench you need for the swivel nuts?

I have a $5 reward certificate that expires today from Sears. Figured might as well get a free wrench to keep in my brewing supplies.

That is, unless anyone can come up with another suggestion under $5. I already have both the bottle openers - with the screw driver handle and the socket wrench handle.

9/16" is what you need. For this application I don't think you need to pay more for a flare nut wrench, a standard open end wrench will work. A flare nut wrench is designed to transfer more torque without damaging the nut for a soft metal (brass, copper). These small fittings need close to no torque, and the nuts are stainless so it's not a concern.

I think these are all $8:

You could get this, though you'd never use the box end:

There's also this stubby guy:

Or else get a 9/16" x 5/8" in case you need the 5/8" for something else:

Thanks guys. Already got the keg wrench too. I don't think Sears even carries the flair nut wrenches.

Actually, I got a feeler gauge since I'll be getting a MM2 soon.

Sears does carry flare nut wrenches for ~20 vs 9 for standard.
